We have arrived at our rental unit and the linens have not been delivered yet. When can we expect them?
Most deliveries are made by 6 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturdays. If they still have not arrived by then, give us a call at (757) 288-9048.
We're coming in late, how will you be able to deliver our linens if we're not there?
If you have not yet arrived, we will leave the linens in a sheltered place near the front door of your rental unit, or get a key from the realtor and leave them inside.
We just arrived and found out that we need linens. Can you still help us?
Yes we can, provided that we still have what you need in stock. On short notice orders, a credit card is required. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday for delivery the same day will be subject to a 10% late order charge. Orders placed after 6:00pm for delivery on the same day are subject to an additional $15.00 delivery charge. NOTE: DO NOT place your order through our online order form if you are due to arrive in less than four full days. Call us at (757) 288-9048 to place your short notice order.
How can we find out the number and sizes of beds in our rental unit?
Normally, this information is in the rental agreement sent to you by the realty company. If you cannot find it there, call your realtor.
When is the best time to call to place my order?
Any weekday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time. If we do not answer, please leave a message and tell us the best time to return your call. We ask that you please do not call on Fridays or Saturdays, unless it is a short notice order for that day.
Our visit is going to last two weeks or more, will you delivery fresh linens every week?
Yes. Place the linens you have used lin bags provided outside the front door for pickup before Noon on FRIDAY morning. We will replace only the linens you have used with fresh ones to maintain the item count of your order. NOTE: If you do not need a change out during your multi-week stay, simply check the box on the order form and 10% will be deducted from your order.
Can we wash the linens?
Yes, you may wash the linens, but you are responsible for any damage that may result.
We're getting ready to leave and return home. What do we do with the dirty linens?
Gather everything together and check your invoice to be sure that all items have been accounted for. Then, put the linens in plastic bags provided and leave them outside the front door of the rental unit.
What happens if we damage or lose an item?
If you paid by credit card, we will notify you that the replacement cost will be charged to your account. If you paid by check, it will be deducted from your deposit. NOTE: "Damage" includes any stains that we are unable to remove and thus requires us to pull the item from future service.
